Jen, the owner of Serenity Pet Care, is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her services highly enough. I have a very shy cat and struggled for years to find a pet sitter who would “click” with her and earn her trust. Jen is the one and only! She is very patient and attentive to my cat’s behavior. I trust her so much that I was able to go on a month-long vacation without worrying at all about my cat (and by the end of my trip, Jen had won her over and was getting snuggles). Jennifer was a very attentive and thoughtful pet sitter for my big cat Callie ( Ragdoll mix). What’s best is Callie loves her. Jen goes the extra mile with pets and attention past the food and litter box as well as brushing and preparing Callie’s wet food the way she likes is ( a little extra water and heated).
